Le consommateur peut effectuer le paiement dû en choisissant l'une des méthodes suivantes répertoriées.

a) Paiement par carte bancaire

Le paiement des achats par carte de crédit peut être effectué exclusivement avec les cartes de crédit suivantes : Visa, Master Card, Maestro, et uniquement par le propriétaire/titulaire de la carte de crédit. Le bien acheté, accompagné de la facture correspondante, est livré au choix du consommateur de l'une des manières suivantes.

a) Livraison à domicile

Les livraisons seront effectuées uniquement et exclusivement sur le territoire national.
Dans le cas où le consommateur choisit ce mode de livraison, les marchandises sont livrées par coursier à l'adresse indiquée par le consommateur. Tout besoin spécifique doit être communiqué à ArredoPlanet srl par le consommateur.

b) Conditions

Pour tout ce qui n'est pas expressément prévu dans le présent contrat, les dispositions de la loi italienne en vigueur s'appliquent.

Si vous souhaitez sélectionner un seul élément (par ex. une seule chaise rouge) dans une commande multiple, et le logiciel entrera un nombre minimum, nous vous conseillons d'acheter une seule couleur puis de préciser les couleurs que vous souhaitez acheter dans les notes d'achat.

Exemple : je souhaite acheter 4 chaises de couleurs différentes, mais le nombre minimum pouvant être acheté est de 2. Ne pouvant sélectionner 1 rouge, 1 vert, 1 orange et 1 jaune, achetez 4 rouges, puis indiquez dans les notes les 4 couleurs que vous avez choisies.
